The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away at the time of cancellation.
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of the total reservation cost if canceled between 30 days and 7 days before check-in.
- No refund (100% charge) if canceled within 7 days of check-in.
- Same-day cancellations: The accommodation cost is non-refundable, however the cleaning fee will be refunded, if applicable.
All cancellation timeframes are based on local time at the property location.
