HOUSE RULES:
1. No food or drink in bedrooms only bottled water is allowed in the rooms. (If you bring food into the house, it should all be thrown away prior to you checking out)
2. We kindly ask to clean up after yourself. Once done using the kitchen please wash the dishes right away after use. This allows to maintain a clean kitchen for everyone's enjoyment.
3. No pets allowed
4. No smoking of any kind (This includes both the inside and the outside of the house)
5. No alcoholic beverages
6. No loud noises, yelling or profane language
7. No parties
8. No bikes inside the house.
9. No overnight guest without our approval. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates.
10. The optimum temperature for the thermostat is 74° F on cold days you are welcome to turn on the heater to 73° F
11. DO NOT flush wipes down the toilet! (Not even the "flushable" wipes) Doing so will result in a main line blockage and you will be fined a $300 fee.
12. All personal items must be kept inside your room (bath essentials and anything else brought in other than food)
13. There is only 1 parking space available per booked room. (Parking instructions will be provided with check in details)
YOU MAY NOT USE OUR MAIL SYSTEM. ANY MAIL DELIVERED WE CANNOT PROTECT & WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO IT.
These booking terms and conditions (‘Booking Terms’) are between the person or legal entity making the Booking (‘You/Your’) and Host Hubble (‘We, Us, Our’) and covers the rental of accommodation for the period of time stipulated in Your confirmation email (‘Booking Confirmation’) These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and apply to all Bookings placed with Us.
By making a Booking You accept to be bound by these Booking Terms.
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be over 18 years of age to make a Booking.
